Sutton 1853
Located at 2155 Sutton Road, the Sutton 1853 development includes 19 lots, each around 5000 sqm. Ground works are expected to be completed by August 2026 with housing construction commencing soon after.

Springdale Solar Farm
Springdale was a proposal for a 100-megawatt solar farm with associated infrastructure, on Mulligans Flat Road, 3.5km from the ACT border. NSW Planning advised in March 2026 that the development was not proceeding.

Woodbury Ridge
Located at 2090 Sutton Road, the Woodbury Ridge development is a 66-lot community title subdivision. It consists of 19 lots in the RU5 Village zone ranging in size from 5,005m2 to 5,307m2, 43 lots in the R5 Large Lot Residential zone ranging in size from 8,720m2 to 2.2ha, and 4 lots in the C3 Environmental Management zone of 20ha and 40ha. Dwellings are under construction.
